Shipping

HappyMax can ship to many international destinations. Availability depends on the product, current supplier stock, destination country and the delivery routes available through our DSers-connected fulfillment partners.

Delivery options

Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the shipping methods currently available for that order. The applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery window are displayed before payment. If no shipping method appears, we cannot currently deliver that product combination to the selected address.

International fulfillment

Products may ship directly from international supplier and logistics partners. Items from one order can occasionally arrive in separate parcels when they are fulfilled by different routes.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email used at checkout and displayed with the order. Tracking updates can take a short time to appear after dispatch.
