These terms apply to purchases made through happymax.at.

Orders and prices

Products displayed in the shop are invitations to place an order. The checkout shows the final product price, available delivery method and shipping cost before payment.

Availability and delivery

Availability is synchronized through Shopify and our fulfillment tools. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact the customer and refund any affected payment.

Withdrawal and warranty

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. See the Returns page for the request process.

Applicable law

Austrian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections.

The legally complete business details, tax wording and jurisdiction information must be added and checked before public launch.
